Pineapple – orange – mango – banana smoothie
Beginning of the week and beginning of the month, let’s start with a smoothie recipe!
I love smoothies and usually start my day with one, for me this is the perfect breakfast, nutritious, tasty and easy to digest, plus you can use your imagination and use whatever you feel like or whatever fruit is on the season. We always have bananas and the best way to eat a banana is when they have black spots, I know you really love yellow bananas here in Sweden, but they are the most nutritious and easy to digest when you see the black spots on them. After they are ripe I cut them in four parts and put them in the freezer, this is the “ice” in my smoothies, I always have a banana on my smoothies.
I have many recipes, this is just the one I had today for breakfast 🙂
Makes 1 big serving:
- 3/4 cup Almond milk
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbs full-fat greek yogurt
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbs bi-pollen
- 1 tsp camu camu
Start with the pineapple and yogurt then the liquids, always finish with the frozen stuff on top, then sprinkle any super powder you want.
