Bikram Yoga has made me stronger, more flexible and more satisfied. The best things about it are the heat and the air humidity, which quickly warm my system and make me feel relaxed. I am fascinated by the complexity of the body and how a series of poses gradually leads to improvement, if you want it to. The classes make me wonderfully happy. It’s nice to feel that my old back and I are actually going to be able to perform the Camel pose one day. Thank you all for making it possible!
