Root Chakra class

The root chakra (Muladhara) is the first chakra. Its located at the base of the spine, its color is red, and its element is earth. It’s associated with the feeling of safety and grounding. In this class, we will work from the ground up.

We begin laying down, moving into seated to kneeling postures, finishing strong with a standing flow. All this followed by a seated meditation. Get ready to ground your self, find your roots and feel safe.
