Yoga Strong

 

 

Whether you are aiming to increase your strength or just looking to train in a new way, this course will introduce you to weight training and help you gain awareness of your body.

Yoga Strong consists of five different classes focusing on a specific area of the body. Every week Lizette will guide you through a class using dumbbells and resistance bands to help you build and increase your strength.

No previous experience with weights needed; this is the perfect opportunity to start adding load and experience the benefits it brings to your body.
